Cutrine Plus Liquid is a chelated copper algaecide that stays active and is safer to use than copper sulfate. Use Cutrine Plus Liquid for surface or suspended algae as well as filamentous or matt algae. Cutrine Plus Liquid has no water restrictions.

Application of Cutrine Plus Liquid:

Apply Cutrine Plus Liquid by sprayer to surface using one quart Cutrine Plus Liquid, with 3oz Cide Kick activator mixed with two gallons of water.

Application rates for Cutrine Plus Liquid range from: 0.6 to 1.2 gallons per surface acre. For best results use 3-6oz Cide Kick activator per gallon of water, with Cutrine Plus liquid. General Treatment Notes: The following suggestions apply to the use of Cutrine Plus Liquid as an algaecide. For optimum effectiveness: - Apply Cutrine Plus Liquid early in the day under calm, sunny conditions when water temperatures are at least 60 degrees - Treat with Cutrine Plus Liquid when growth first begins to appear or create a nuisance - Apply Cutrine Plus Liquid in a manner that will ensure even distribution of the chemical within the treatment area - Re-treat with Cutrine Plus Liquid if regrowth begins to appear and seasonal control is desired. Allow 1 to 2 weeks between consecutive treatments - Allow 7 to 10 days to observe the effects of Cutrine Plus Liquid treatments. You should observe a bleaching and breaking apart of plant material
