The Pond Patrol™ brand of pond bacteria is an "all season" powder bacteria formulation that contains (7) species of beneficial pond bacteria, designed for year-round use in koi ponds, fish ponds, farm ponds and water gardens of all sizes. This proprietary blend of aerobic bacteria is a multi-purpose bacteria that will remove excess nutrients in your pond or lake including: ammonia, nitrates, nitrites and some phosphates. If these "nutrients" are left in your pond or lake it will cause an abundance of unsightly algae blooms and/or other unwanted aquatic weed growth.

This Pond Patrol™ natural bacteria product comes in 8oz. water soluble packets packaged in a 25lb bucket for convenience.

Seasonal Dosage Rates:

* 1/8 (.125) Surface Acre = 10 lbs = 1/2 bucket per season

* 1/4 (.25) Surface Acre = 18 lbs = 2/3 bucket per season

* 1/2 (.50) Surface Acre = 37 lbs = 1-1/2 buckets per season

* 3/4 (.75) Surface Acre = 56 lbs = 2 buckets per season

* 1 Surface Acres = 75 lbs = 3 buckets per season

* 2 Surface Acres = 150 lbs = 6 buckets per season

* 3 Surface Acres = 225 lbs = 9 buckets per season
